Allies Security Service’s trainer assessor strongly believes that all course candidates for security courses should be able to visualise all aspects of the security industry in terms of self-responsibility, expectations from stakeholders, legislative requirements and managing challenging tasks in various contexts. They also believe you should be able to develop the knowledge, skills and attitude to deliver the expectations of industry stakeholders when responding to challenges while performing duties as a security officer.
Allies Security Service’s trainer will assist you in developing the relevant knowledge, skills and attitude, which will give you self-belief and confidence to work in the security industry and perform duties as a competent security officer. In addition you will develop great interpersonal skills, systematic methodology behind the security concepts and ability to design a safe security environment within the context of your respective security licence category.
First Aid Trainer. Peter is an experienced First Aid trainer.
He has served in the Marine Rescue NSW for 25+ years and has a very large understanding of prompt response to a diverse range of medical situations and emergencies. He also serves as the Training Officer in the Botany Port Hacking Unit, instructing members from different operations.
His thorough experience ensures that our trainees walk away equipped with the knowledge and ability to demonstrate first aid principles.
Shayne has been involved in the security industry for approximately 25 years, performing a range of job roles including crowd-controller, security officer and security manager. He was a manager for the training and development of operational staff in security firms. He also worked for 13 years with Sydney Trains as a Senior Transit Officer, where he was responsible for training, assessing and supervising newly recruited transit officers.
Shayne’s extensive experience in the security industry is a valuable asset, enabling him to impart his knowledge with students in the classroom. This knowledge empowers students who wish to join the industry, allowing them to deliver excellent services to their clients.
