Our Team of Professional Security Trainers and Assessors
Allies Security Service’s trainer assessor strongly believes that all course candidates for security courses should be able to visualise all aspects of the security industry in terms of self-responsibility, expectations from stakeholders, legislative requirements and managing challenging tasks in various contexts. They also believe you should be able to develop the knowledge, skills and attitude to deliver the expectations of industry stakeholders when responding to challenges while performing duties as a security officer.
Allies Security Service’s trainer will assist you in developing the relevant knowledge, skills and attitude, which will give you self-believe and confidence to work in the security industry and perform duties as a competent security officer. In addition you will develop great interpersonal skills, systematic methodology behind the security concepts and ability to design a safe security environment within the context of your respective security licence category.
Michael is a former New South Wales Police Officer. He has experience in both uniform and plain clothes duties. After leaving the police he started his own Private Inquiry Company and holds a current CAPI licence. He is also the holder of a Class 1AC, 2A and 2D New South Wales security licence and has previously worked as a Security Consultant to large corporations.
He was employed in the private sector for approximately 12 years as a criminal and safety investigator in the retail industry, including consultancy services in regards to theft prevention, risk management and supporting consulting services to external security companies.
Michael has some 29 years’ experience working for the New South Wales Police and in the Private sector. He is passionate about sharing his many years of experience with students during the duration of the available courses. He will assist you to understand the expectations of the NSW Police Department including the Security Licensing and Enforcement Directorate, the industry regulator and industry clients.
Imran has been involved in the security industry for the past 15 years. He commenced his career as a security officer and progressed to security supervisor, close personal protection officer, trainer and assessor, security consultant and employer in the security industry.
Imran holds graduate qualifications in business management and communication in addition to qualifications for current security licences in New South Wales. Furthermore, he has designed self-defence courses for bodyguards, static and mobile patrol guards, and Licence venue specialists in collaboration with Martial Art expert Istvan Szasz.
He has performed duties as a volunteer with St John’s for many years and is also an honorary lifetime member for St John’s. He constantly undertakes relevant training to maintain his industry knowledge and skills in order to deliver exceptional learning experiences for all course participants.
First Aid Trainer. Chris has been involved with Allies Security as a First Aid trainer for a number of years.
He has served in the Australian army as a paramedic and he has a very large understanding of prompt response to a diverse range of medical situations and emergency’s.
He is a very fun, entertaining, down to earth and just a general cool guy.
Robert has been involved in law enforcement for approximately 22 years, in the capacity of Detective and Detective Sergeant. He coordinated training and assessment for law enforcement officers to be trained as Detectives.
Furthermore he is an industry consultant, providing security solutions to clients based on their security needs. He provides our students with a great understanding of security concepts, ensuring they deliver excellent services to their clients in the security industry.
