Responsible Service of Alcohol
Allies Training Centre is approved to deliver the accredited, nationally recognised unit SITHFAB002 – Provide responsible service of alcohol. This course is suitable for those working in a variety of industries. This course teaches you the skills and knowledge required to serve alcohol in a responsible manner. It is endorsed by Liquor and Gaming NSW, and the NSW Liquor Administration Board. You will learn about responsible service strategies, the legal obligations of bar staff, and the strengths and effects of alcoholic beverages and standard drinks. Security Officers working in a Licenced Venue are required to have an RSA card to comply with a regulatory requirements.
RSA competency card is valid for 5 years

Responsible Conduct of Gambling
Allies Training Centre is approved to deliver the nationally recognised unit SITHGAM001 Provide responsible gambling services. This course is a legal requirement for staff that are working or seeking employment in gambling areas of licensed premises, including hotels and clubs.
It provides the skills and knowledge required to identify the impact of problem gamblers on the community and how to deal with the problems associated with excessive gambling.
You will learn how to minimise harm from gambling, using discretion, judgement and teamwork. Focus is placed on developing a positive attitude towards the responsible conduct of gambling in the hospitality industry.
RCG competency card is valid for 5 years

Friday monthly 8am – 2.30pm
COVID-19 UPDATE
Face to face learning is still being conducted in a classroom for RSA and RCG.
Students are advised to bring their own stationary (pens and paper), lunch AND a face mask. Alternatively, a small fee of $2.50 will apply on the day if a student does not bring a face mask and one will be provided. Face mask is to be worn at all times during training.
Sanitiser is available on site for students.
Each student will have to wear a face mask in the class and social distancing of 1.5 metres is in place.
The classroom is consistently disinfected throughout the day.
Students with flu-like symptoms will not be permitted to attend the course and will be sent home.
Please reschedule course date if you are sick on the day.
