The TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is the foundation of all Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) delivery, being nationally recognised. Only individuals who hold this qualification can legally sign off AQF assessments.
Our course provides a solid understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects of training and assessing within the context of Vocational Education and Training, with a strong emphasis on designing, delivering and assessing competency-based programs to groups and individuals.
The benefits of earning a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment are that you will have the potential to teach any skill for which you have formal qualifications.
We are offering face to face part-time evening, full days, weekend sessions as well as a customised program around your availability.
Our program is designed to cater to your busy lifestyle so you can achieve your pending career goals sooner. Also, this training program can facilitate accelerated delivery of training sessions.
We will also be delivering virtual classes via Microsoft Teams if you are unable to attend classroom sessions.
Please see below FAQs for further course information.
We are conveniently located close to public transport and have free parking available.
We can guarantee more face to face training than any other providers.
We expect that you would require at least 20 evening sessions or 10 full-day sessions to cover the learning topics, and some assessment tasks. In addition, you would require to do self-study, research and other learning and assessment tasks outside the classroom. However, if you require any additional sessions, you are welcome to attend relevant training sessions without any additional costs.
For you to conduct assessment activities as trainer and assessor under observation, mutually agreed set days will be given for you to attend.
